This role involves overseeing all stages of construction projects and coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and our internal team to achieve outstanding results. Job Summary: The Project Manager at C&E Wurzer Builders will oversee all phases of custom home construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment. This role involves coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues. They will be responsible for project schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as ensuring that projects adhere to high standards of quality and craftsmanship from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of custom home construction projects, ensuring precision and excellence. Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to drive successful outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering regular updates and addressing any concerns. Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout each project. Manage project documentation and related administrative tasks effectively. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Proven experience in residential custom home construction as a Project Manager, with the ability to oversee complex projects from concept to completion. Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
