We are looking talent for our General Offices (Interlomas) for the position of:

HR Process & Payroll Specialist - Corporate

Administrative full-time position

Start date: As soon as possible

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: experience in payroll, taxes, process assurance internal controls, consulting, E2E process & People Services.

Scope of the role:

Your work here would include:

  • Act as Expert in Process Internal Controls, Payroll, Taxes of consultant to HR, Legal, Employee Relations, for benefit design and Support to Service Lines for local executions and unions.

  • Execute CSA for General Control, Pension Administration and payroll front end.

  • Support and coordinates local audit as needed.

  • Ensure that audit controls are in place specifically for benefits handled by MOC or HRSS to attend external audits.

  • Attend as a Human Resources Shared Services representative external audits jointly with Legal as needed.

  • Accountable for escalations point acting as L1 (1st line for defense) for employee resolution on HRSS services.

  • Align and ensures to cascade communications with Plants that impacts Tech Employees and Administrative EeS

Job Qualifications

  • Live in Mexico City.

  • +2 years experience in HRSS, HR Payroll, Assurance Controls.

  • English Basic-Intermediate

  • Experience in payroll, audit controls, external audits, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, IMSS (Mandatory)

  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze data quickly to drive action.

  • Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results

  • Operate with technical excellence while collaborating optimally with others
