Munkaköri feladatok:
Teljes körű TB ügyintézés;
TB ellátások számfejtése, naprakész nyilvántartások vezetése, határozatok készítése;
Adatszolgáltatási-, jelentési kötelezettségek teljesítése;
Kapcsolattartás ügyfelekkel és a hatóságokkal;
A bérszámfejtési folyamatok, feladatok, ellenőrzések támogatása és be- és kiléptetéshez kapcsolódó bérügyviteli feladatok ellátása;
Évzáráshoz és évnyitáshoz kapcsolódó feladatok ellátása;
A hatályos jogszabályok, számfejtési és adózási gyakorlatok és azok változásainak nyomonkövetése;
A bérszámfejtő program és kommunikációsfelületek ismerete és mindennapi használata;
Technikai problémák kezelése és a globális technikai csapatokkal való kommunikáció;
Új ügyfelek átvételének támogatása számfejtői oldalról.
Elvárások:
TB ügyintéző szakirányú végzettség;
Legalább 1-2 éves releváns szakmai tapasztalat;
A magyar nyelv magabiztos használata szóban és írásban;
Társalgási szintű angol nyelvismeret;
Képesség a független munkavégzésre; a feladatok és határidők önálló kezelésére;
Magabiztos MS Office ismeret és erős excel gyakorlati tudás;
Szeret és tud csapatban dolgozni;
Nyitott az új ismeretekre, hajlandó és képes tanulni.
