Radiance Technologies, Inc. Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Analyst HR101074 in Huntsville, Alabama
Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated engineer or scientist to conduct analysis on foreign C4 systems. The candidate will lead or support in developing a comprehensive understanding, assessment, and design of the foreign C4 systems communication equipment, automation, operations, and performance. The report may include:
The C4 operators roles and responsibilities, procedures, CONOPS, equipment configurations, and related doctrine and tactics.
The physical characteristics of the communication systems to include data link means (radio, landline, SATCOM), frequency, bandwidth, modulation, baud rate, bit rate, link level protocols, and data content.
The systems use and implementation of software algorithms, exterior data sources, computer hardware, graphical user interfaces, and peripheral devices.
The candidate will ensure that the overall assessment and design are consistent with the design philosophy of the foreign designers.
Required Skills: Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or relevant technical field Able to perform exploratory analysis and research, and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills Required Experience: Active SECRET clearance Experience with C4 or weapon system communication systems Previous experience characterizing weapon systems based on incomplete information Experience with or extensive knowledge of weapon communication systems Desired Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance w/ CI Poly Previous All-Source analysis experience Experience supporting US Government SandTI Centers Job Location: Huntsville, AL Position Type: Full-Time/Regular
