Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for an HR Administrator.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and assisting in the efficient operation of HR processes.

  • Draft offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
  • Administer, track, and evaluate all onboarding, orientation, and new hire training activities.
  • Organize and prepare orientation materials.
  • Build relationships and rapport with all employees. Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns and escalate more complex issues to HR management.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Process documentation for new hires, employee personnel changes, and terminations.
  • Collect and report data for HR analytics, such as new hire turnover/retention, headcount, and recruiting reports.
  • Assist in keeping documents scanned and updated in the HRIS system.
  • Assist employees with HRIS functions and answer related questions.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Perform back-up duties and cover breaks and lunches for front desk Receptionist.
  • Participate in various projects as requested or assigned.

Required experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required
  • Minimum of 1 year in HR and/or an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of desktop applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required
  • Knowledge of ADP is preferred
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay/Salary is based on relevant experience.
