Yulista Lead Technical Recruiter JR104572 in Huntsville, Alabama

The Lead Technical Recruiter will provide recruiting support and strategy to Yulista and its subsidiaries to ensure that vacancies are filled efficiently and with the best qualified talent. This position will also serve as strategist to create talent acquisition practices that align with company goals and objectives.

Essential Duties

  • Actively recruit and lead recruiting team in filling hard-to-fill roles.
  • Design and provide reporting that demonstrates the recruiting process and how effective the recruiting process is to fill positions.
  • Works closely with HR Director to help lead talent acquisition strategies based on business goals, and anticipated turnover.
  • Continually innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open position requirements.
  • Work with the HR Director to maintain metrics to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Generate updates for companys leadership and Hiring Managers about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers and HR Director to get a clear view of companys hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
  • Oversee and ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately for all positions.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates, as well as hiring managers.
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
  • Formulate strategies in using both traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Participate in conferences and other educational opportunities, maintain personal networks and participate in professional organizations.
  • Lead implementation of new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Manage outside recruiting vendor relationships where appropriate.
  • Conduct screenings and identify qualified candidates for interview with hiring managers.
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Technical Recruiter for 3+ years.
  • Must have experience recruiting for DoD and Federal Contracts.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent of 4 years of recruiting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods.
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software (ATS), Workday preferred.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • A positive, can do attitude.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and areas where processes or experiences need to be altered.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience deve oping and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
  • Experience and understanding of pro-active recruiting.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently.
