Description:

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Planning Manager for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) business area within Missiles and Fire Control located in Huntsville, Alabama.

Duties include:

Act as primary Program Planning point of contact with Business Area and Senior Management.

Supervise Program Planning team, including management of personnel assignments, establishment of priorities and ensuring adequate training with Sr Manager oversight.

Provide guidance to subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy.

Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of Program Planning artifacts for business area.

Coordinate with multiple sites and customers.

Relocation assistance is available.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education.

Experience on DFAR programs.

Experience with Earned Value principles.

Experience in creating, maintaining, and providing analysis for Programs.

Demonstrated practical application of Program Planning & Scheduling processes and tools.

Demonstrated understanding of the Integrated Program Management Report Data Item Description (IPMR DID).

Experience with the capture/proposal management process – development and management of capture/proposal schedules, support of the various color reviews, demonstrated understanding and successful support of the executive review process.

Supervisory/Management experience.

Experience in using Microsoft Project or similar tool.

Earned Value Management experience.

IMS development and maintenance experience.

Integrated Master Plan development and integration experience.

Desired Skills:

Ten or more years of related experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of subcontractor and government furnished equipment integration with the Prime Contractor’s IMS.

Work Breakdown Structure development and maintenance expertise.

Experience with DCMA surveillances.

International customer experience.
