Actalent Staffing Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama


• Review and manage labor to staffing plan • Maintain Workday and conduct periodic checks to ensure system data integrity • Coordinate reporting materials for periodic HR status meetings • Work with and maintain confidential information • HR Key performance Indicators tracking and reporting • HR Team visual management • Create forecasted studies/strategies/proposals to evaluate potential and current hiring needs • Partner with business groups to maintain positive employee relations and high morale • Support HR groups for onsite activities, projects, and communication cascades

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent professional experience • Experience in a role managing daily assignments and projects autonomously • Experience in a role working with teams within your same department and across departments/functions • Staffing experience (creating detailed staffing plans for current/future need) • Experience in a role communicating verbally and visually to all levels of the company • Experience managing large amounts of data • Experience in a role responsible for maintaining confidentiality Added bonus if you have: • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Business or related field • HRIS (workday) experience • Experience tracking and reporting out on project status • Toyota experience • Staffing experience in a manufacturing environment
