Job Description

An employer is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team in Huntsville, AL. This resource will be joining a client who supports wide range of programs across a variety of skillsets. You will be working directly with hiring managers, directors, and high-level executives and helping drive the recruitment process for the client. Youll build relationships, trust, and confidence through persistent/consistent communication and maintain a high level of credibility and integrity with managers and candidates and provide ongoing status of sourcing activities and talent management metrics for the organization. Youll exploit diverse and innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify talent in engineering and scientific fields and provide recruiting sourcing support across multiple operations on funded opportunities as well as securing contingent hires for pending opportunities. Youll be utilizing ADP and MS Office and candidates must showcase their experience with different recruiting tools.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree

4+ years of recruiting experience

Experienced working with technical candidates (software, mechanical, engineer, developers, bio)

Department of Defense, government services, federal client experience

US Citizen with ability to obtain secret clearance 6+ years of recruiting experience

Lead experience

DOD recruiter

Federal recruiter null
