TRAVIS PITCHER INC DBA Minus Plus Marketing Manager in HUNTSVILLE, Utah

EMPLOYER'S NAME: Travis Pitcher Inc. (DBA Minus Plus).

POSITION DUTIES: Plan and coordinate marketing policies and programs. Determine the demand for products and services offered by the company and its competitors, and identify potential customers for the company. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company's profits while ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Develop client presentations and pitch to all stakeholders, including clients. Concisely interpret client needs and relay them back to the in-house creative team or contractors. Establish and utilize an international network that could aid in our future overseas expansion goals. Develop and negotiate win-win strategic partnerships and grow the bottom line of the business. Implement online marketing techniques. Identify the right tools for the job to recommend to the clients. Identify and develop marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction. Compile lists describing service offerings. Consult with creative personnel and contractors on product specifications. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of company's services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, production managers, to market our services. Conduct market research studies and economic surveys to identify potential markets for services. Advise business on local, national, and international factors affecting our services. 30% domestic US travel going to client sites. Telecommuting permitted.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent. Employer will accept a 3-year degree.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 24 months of experience in job offered, Sales and Marketing Executive, or related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Experience must include:

1) Graphic Design and Image Editing Tools such as Adobe suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, XD.

2) Excel / Google spreadsheets to develop budgets and manage client projects.

3) Collaboration and Project Management Tools such as Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Discord, Jira, Zoho, Slack, Google docs.

4) Email Marketing Platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Sendgrid.

5) Analytics and Data Visualization Tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.

6) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs.

7) Learning management system (LMS) software such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas.

8) Story boarding and art direction of video based advertising.
