【岗位职责】

协助组织、协调、开展日常员工关系、薪酬福利、绩效考核及评估、招聘、培训等工作:

1、负责员工关系管理,及监督转正及合同续签台账管理

2、协助组织员工社交、文体活动、企业文化等活动的落地工作;

3、协助人员评估及优化的数据统计等落地工作;

4、招聘:

(1)根据拟定的招聘计划及任务分工,开展社招工作,并维护招聘网站渠道

(2)参与校招工作

(3)内部用工调度、费用审核等工作

5、培训:参与新员工培训授课,协助质检工作

【岗位要求】

1、大专及以上学历,有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。

2、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。

3、具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。

3、能按照酒店经营发展对人才的需要,制订酒店总体培训规划和实施计划。

4、具备教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论知识。

5、熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
