Sales Executive
Job Description:
Influencer, Communicator, Relationship Builder.
Join us as a Sales Executive and help amplify customer satisfaction.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible to develop existing customer relationships that promote retention, adoption, and expansion. Your job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to support them to fully utilise their product. This will be driven by a consultative approach based on the customer needs and aspirations for their business.
Summary of your day to day?
You’ll work with existing Sage customers to ensure they’re getting the most out of their subscription by understanding their business and nurturing the relationship, making sure they’re happy and promoting additional products that can add value to their business.
You’ll become an expert on the Sage products, and your key responsibility will be driving revenue through outbound sales, increasing client retention, and preventing churn.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills and experience required?
• Sales experience is essential, preferably in an outbound environment.
• Able to work towards multiple KPIs and experience of generating revenue.
• Able to demonstrate resilience, and maintain a positive attitude whilst navigating difficult obstacles.
• Strong communication skills with an adaptable approach.
