  • Create layered, componentized, testable, interface-based designs

  • Robust implementation and crafted end-user experiences

  • Design highly performant, highly usable, scalable, world-ready, accessible software

  • Collaborate across functional and partner teams to define requirements

  • Own and communicate complex architecture and designs

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional industry experience working on large projects

  • A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

  • Excellent design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to design performant, highly usable, scalable, world-ready, accessible software

  • Ability to create layered, componentized, testable, interface-based designs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in C++ or Windows development  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective collaboration skills driving changes at scale

  • Experience in Machine Learning with focus on generating training data and building iterative ML models is a plus

  • Experience in Data Driven Engineering or Agile Development is a plus

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus

  • Experience with Windows architecture and internals is a plus.
