About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Release or Automation or Software Engineering experience, or equivalent.• 4+ years of Automation Experience with Ansible (preferred), Chef, Puppet, Terraform, or Robotics Process Automation platform.• 4+ years Linux experience.• 4+ years programming experience with scripting languages. Polyglot scripting experience (must be fluent in at least two of the following: bash, python, Perl, ruby).• 4+ years of experience in DevSecOps toolchains/automation to achieve CICD, Blue-Green deployments, feature toggles (Git, Jenkins, uDeploy).• 4+ years with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban.• 4+ years with two or more of Grafana, Prometheus, ELK or SPLUNK, AppDynamics or Dynatrace.• Detail oriented self-starter capable of working independently.• Experience in AIOPS: Big Panda, Moogsoft, Artificial Intelligence (Al) and Machine Learning (ML) Framework.• Experience with private or public cloud technology.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document and design proposals.• Expert in writing software packaging and deploying into a fully automated environment.• Experience in creating Elastic dashboards.• Experience in Service Now.

Job Expectations:

• Experience with Cloud, AIML, AIOPS Technologies.

• Experience with Tableau/ MicroStrategy or similar BI tools

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

• Primary Skillset : DevOps, Shell Scripting and Python ScriptingSecondary Skillset : Ansible, Knowledge on tools like Grafana & Prometheus.*Mandatory.
