We are looking for Software Engineers that will be part of HR Engineering team to design and develop a highly scalable modern user experience and distributed data processing in SAP Business Technology Platform and SuccessFactors HXM suite that accomplishes the critical HR business process in an automated, timely, cost-effective, compliant, and secure way. You will develop software and services at scale, innovating on the latest technologies and modern engineering practices. On this tole, your main responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities

  • Design, Implement, Validate, Release components/services/systems using your software engineering (designing, code/config, review, testing, debugging, problem solving and analytical) skills in agile team that will measurably add value to our business partners and stakeholders.

  • Write highly efficient clean code/config that can process large amounts of transactions with low latency and high reliability.

  • Design and implement accurate and actionable internal monitoring and tooling to help maintain business SLAs and system health.

  • Participate in On Call and Site Reliability rotations to support live sites and drive engineered solutions to improve customer experiences.

  • Provide critical thinking, technical innovation, and attention to detail while serving as a trusted advisor in the organization.

  • Gain understanding of Microsoft businesses and the varied processes along with their outcomes and collaborate with all stakeholders to contribute to a cohesive set of capabilities built to deliver frictionless experience.

  • Define estimates, roadmaps and contribute to strategy elements – from ideation to articulation to delivery.

  • Stay educated on existing, emerging technologies and deliver POCs to evaluate technology development towards service modernization and capabilities enhancements.

  • Collaborate effectively with other teams and disciplines and drives improvements in engineering at the org level.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years minimum experience in Software Engineering, Software Development, or Software Design.

  • 3+ years of end-to-end life cycle design and implementations ofmodules using SAP SuccesssFactors HXM Suite

Knowledge, experience, and skills:

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in developing SAP SuccessFactors HXM suite.

  • Experience in design, developing and implementing module Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruiting which meets the business requirements of the organization.

  • Experience in developing Integration using integration center and / or Supporting Integration developers using SuccessFactors ODataAPI’s

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Business Rules, workflows, and Provisioning configurations

  • Experience on performance tuning, optimizeBusiness rules, and improve responsiveness of the application.

  • Experience with automated test frameworks to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance.

  • Ability to work independently (self-driven)

  • Experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/etc.)

Preferred Qualification :

  • Experience in developing other SF modules like Compensations, Benefits, Succession Planning and LMS

  • Experience in supporting SAP BTP Applications development.
