S & T Bank Corporate Training Specialist I in Indiana, Pennsylvania

Reference #: R-281 S&T Support Center: 2416 Philadelphia Street, Indiana, PA 15701 Work Days and Expected Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department).

Function: Performs various administrative and specialized technical duties to support all aspects of the Training and Development Department. Designs, coordinates, and conducts training for New Hires, refresher training, corporate culture, and new system implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates and conducts new to position and new to the Bank technical training and training needs assessments for all staff. Works with the hiring manager/supervisor to schedule training and assess for future training needs within the first month of employment. Stays abreast of latest procedures, policies, products, and operations to train accurately and effectively.

Assists with the bank's e-learning coordination, including working with subject matter experts to creating courses for assignment, assigning, and reviewing e-courses and curriculums, retaining records, and generating reports for all aspects of internal and external as well as SOX defined regulatory training audits, as required.

Design, coordinates and conducts onsite and virtual training on the following:

New Employee Training Day 1 & Day 2

IBS Insight and Systems Training for Department staff

S&T Central / Email / Work order training

Culture Training

Webinars

Refresher Training / Department visits

Works with management to develop, design, upload and maintain e-learning training modules using LMS and Camtasia Video Software. Creates training videos to assist learners, enhance training programs and new system implementation. Manipulates and edits digital imagery, video sound and incorporate graphics and effects. Delivers quality end products, on-time intended to enhance the bank's training programs, employees' knowledge, and overall culture.

Design and coordinate with other departments to conduct or assist with new system implementation throughout the Bank.

Coordinates and conducts department visits and discussions as needed for additional training for new and seasoned employees for observation, coaching on new skills.

Assesses training content, analyzes information, and provides feedback to the applicable business line.

Acts as a liaison / problem solver to bank employees for technical support, email software, LMS systems, and webinar/video conferencing systems.

Develops, refines, and updates manuals and procedures as needed, working with compliance and legal experts as well as the heads of various departments within the Bank and produce training material for training events.

Assist with the coordination and set-up of training webinars.

Prepares and sends emails, posts notification on Central and assumes other administrative duties as needed. Assists with coordinating training room set-up and clean-up.

Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.

Assist with Mergers and Acquisition as needed.

Assumes other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Physical Demands

Operates a keypad device 70% of the day; operates electronic equipment 15% of the day; operates office equipment 15% of the day. Routinely lifts 10 lbs., 3 times per day. Maximum lift is 50 lbs., one time per day. Physical demands differ each day depending on training demands. Some moving of machines, tables, and other materials frequently. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work and travel. Must be able to lift and / or move up to 20 lbs. Must have a valid driver's icense; travel required. Education

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, additional education of a two-year degree preferred. Required successful completion of certification trainers program within 18 months.

Experience

Requires a minimum of two to five years general business experience along with combined specialized experience of one to two years of proficient knowledge in all Microsoft products, internal software, and systems. Presentation skills preferred.

Salary Range:

$15.00 - $26.44
