Working 3-4 days/week (One week: Sun, Wed, Thurs Next week: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat). * Candidate Process:* / Please note – communication will be through phone, email, and text. Ensure you have access to a valid email address/ * Qualified applicants will receive a phone call to schedule an onsite interview * Post Offer Background Check and Drug screen required * Summary:* This position will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for staging, loading, and unloading finished product and raw materials as well as, stocking and maintaining warehouse inventory. * Responsibilities:* • Stage finished product for loading • Load finished product onto truck. • Operate forklift and attachments safely • Unload raw materials from truck and move to warehouse storage. • Move packaging waste to dumpsters and product waste to storage trailer • Responsible for visual quality inspections of incoming and outgoing materials and finished products. • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Operate forklift and attachments safely • Operate the Lantec Wrapper to complete finished pallets • Complete daily logs including trailer inspections, incoming material inspections, forklift inspection, counts as requested, and readings per schedule. • Process receiving transactions • Process inventory transfers including • Process shipping transactions to customer and to the corporate facility in Bluffton • General Housekeeping • Be safe and alert at all time • Provide on-the-job training to new employees • Create a positive work environment for co-workers & customers • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management * Minimum Qualifications:* • Forklift Certification • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English • Good overall communication skills • Ability to follow instructions • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
