-10-20% accounting related (entering time and attendance into proprietary software system- as long as good with data entry, can be taught)- potentially back up the AP position when they are on vacation

-13 line phone system

-Sales team – will assist sales manager put together packets for lunch and learns

-Assisting engineering department in printing off blueprints for work

-Helping with employment apps and scheduling interviews

-Update supply room

-Filing

-Employee filing

-Courteous, friendly, personable

  • Greet and instruct visitors

  • Organize word processors, files, and faxes

-Answer telephone calls and return voicemails

-Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees

Requirements

  • Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

    • Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Experience with calendar managements and scheduling appointments

  • Practical knowledge of Perform Data Entry

  • Adeptness in scheduling

  • Command of Microsoft Excel

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Word

  • General familiarity with Answering Multi-Line Phone System

  • Demonstrated knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment

  • Foundational knowledge in Proprietary Software

  • Data entry experience highly preferred

  • Strong familiarity with Application Software

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

  • At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
