Our client, a trailblazer in the telecommunications industry and a driving force behind 5G innovation, is seeking a Construction Manager II to join their dynamic team. As a Construction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing Civil Works projects, ensuring excellence in execution and adherence to industry standards.
Position: Construction Manager II
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Range: $45-49/hr
What’s the Job?
In this critical role, you will:
Assess and control charges related to site design.
Enforce the use of approved materials and adherence to Civil Works guidelines and schedules.
Attend coordination and progress meetings.
Provide on-site supervision during high-risk phases.
Champion safety inspections and maintain a conducive working environment.
What’s Needed?
We're seeking candidates with:
3-5 years of experience in project builds (over 200 sites).
Proficiency in technical specifications, workmanship quality, and safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills, adapting existing procedures to tackle complex challenges.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and change.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to team goals.
