Commercial Real Estate Agent – Commission Based

Our client in (Indianapolis, Indiana) is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. You will be mentored and trained. If you have a valid Indiana real estate license and don't want to work in residential, this might be for you.

Specific Responsibilities

• Prepare property surveys and update online listing details

• Take marketing photos for new listings

• Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

• Manage proprietary databases, along with handling market research-related projects

• Prospect new clients and identify new opportunities

• Cold Calls

• Interact with customers and strategic partners on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree is required

• A valid Real Estate License

• Desire and interest in Commercial Real Estate

• Excellent oral & written skills, along with a strong attention to detail

• Professional and team-oriented

• A high level of proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet- application software is required along with a willingness and ability to learn new software programs

• Ability to effectively network, to make and keep relationships in the market

• Provide efficient, reliable and courteous service to our clients

• A fun, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
