Commercial Real Estate Agent – Commission Based
Our client in (Indianapolis, Indiana) is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. You will be mentored and trained. If you have a valid Indiana real estate license and don't want to work in residential, this might be for you.
Specific Responsibilities
Prepare property surveys and update online listing details
Take marketing photos for new listings
Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Manage proprietary databases, along with handling market research-related projects
Prospect new clients and identify new opportunities
Cold Calls
Interact with customers and strategic partners on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
A 4-year college degree is required
A valid Real Estate License
Desire and interest in Commercial Real Estate
Excellent oral & written skills, along with a strong attention to detail
Professional and team-oriented
A high level of proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet- application software is required along with a willingness and ability to learn new software programs
Ability to effectively network, to make and keep relationships in the market
Provide efficient, reliable and courteous service to our clients
A fun, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
