We are seeking an Experienced Carpenter and Construction Technician to be the newest member of our specialized team. This role is pivotal in performing complete indoor store buildouts, focusing on a variety of specialized tasks, particularly expert framing in both wood and metal. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in carpentry and general construction, demonstrating a precise and proficient approach to all assigned projects.

Responsibilies:

  • Expertly perform framing tasks using both wood and metal, along with other construction duties, to complete indoor store buildouts to the highest standard.

  • Collaborate effectively within a small team environment, ensuring that all construction activities align with Dr. Tavel’s quality expectations.

  • Contribute to all phases of construction, including drywall installation, painting, cabinetry installation, and finishing works, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

  • Uphold the highest safety standards, ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work site.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in construction or related field

  • Experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, drop ceilings, and general construction

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on completing high-quality work

  • Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment

  • Ability to read instructions and blueprints when needed
