Description

We are looking for an entry level IT Support Specialist,. This is a 100 percent onsite position in our North West Indianapolis location and will work the 2PM - 10PM shift. This is a full time position. The idea candidate will have at least one COMP TIA certification and be working toward other certifications.

Key Duties:

  • Diagnose and fix technical problems within our organization.

  • Handle and resolve IT service requests efficiently.

  • Operate autonomously in a dynamic warehouse setting.

  • Oversee our Microsoft 365 platform usage.

    Requirements

Preferred Qualifications Needed:

  • 1 year+ Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

  • Adaptable to working in a warehouse environment.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Certification like CompTIA A+ or equivalent is advantageous.
