Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all production machinery, troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment up to 480 volts. The role involves working with drives, motors, vfd's, 3 phase motors, high speed packaging machines, conveyors, belts, and more. The position includes checking fluid levels, working with hydraulics, sensors, switches, replacing filters, and if possible, PLC troubleshooting repair. The role requires adherence to Lock out Tag out procedures and using the SAP system to complete PM's around the plant. The position consists of 75% mechanical and 25% electrical troubleshooting. Flexibility is key as the role involves working on any machine that may breakdown in the facility.
