This opportunity entails providing coordination of project execution and control, in the survey or right-of-way section, to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through project closeout. Accountable for handling specific design aspects on projects appropriate to discipline field. Coordinate efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort. Serve as technical liaison with client on project efforts as required.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule.
Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team’s work. Supervises and guides team to overall project objectives.
Provides senior-level technical expertise to client on project aspects within the discipline.
Assist with project management duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
Associate Degree
10 years of relevant experience
In lieu of education, 12 years of relevant experience
What We Prefer:
Certifications/licenses: Indiana Professional Surveyor
Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field
Technical Excellence: Excellent knowledge of the job and professional expertise, understands the requirements of chosen field. Stays current. Produces quality work.
