Summary
As designated by the care center Administrator:
Provides professional cosmetology / beautician services for care center residents and tenants
Qualifications / Requirements
Must be licensed / registered as a cosmetologist / stylist with the Iowa Board of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences
Must possess outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Must desire / agree to provide services on an independent contractor basis
Must comply with COVID-19 protocol and adhere to ABCM Corporation policies
Person Directed Care philosophy
DCI Criminal History Record Check / Abuse and Neglect Registry Record Check required prior to providing services
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Independent Contractors - Licensed Cosmetologists / Stylists within ABCM locations are able to set their own hours and rates for services provided
