Wage: $18.00 /HR

Schedule: 9AM 6PM / MON FRI

Position: Air Export Customer Service Agent

Description: E-Mail communication, Answering Phone Calls, MS Office suites, Data entry, Document filing

• Develops trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

• Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Ensures the timely and successful delivery of communications while understanding and anticipating customer needs and objectives

• Clearly communicates the progress of ongoing pending orders back to the customers, through documenting and tracking all interactions for future reference and follow-up

• Prepares reports on account status

• Collaborates with sales team to identify and grow opportunities with each customer

• Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text while ensuring all interactions are tracked and documented through to resolutions

• Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Assists with challenging client requests or issues and escalations as needed

• Documents the patterns and queries that may indicate a larger problem with the product or service that needs to be resolved

  Requirements

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

• 2+ years' experience with shipping/logistics or Customer Service

• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions is beneficial

• Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

• Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

• Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
