[Flexibility to meet a caregiver's personal schedule. Our clients are in their own homes and schedule care based on their care needs. We match caregiver availability and skill level with client's schedule and care needs. No shifts shorter than 3 hours, most shifts 4 to 8 hours some 12 hours.
