What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF CI/CT Analyst (ACE) you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF CI/CT Analyst (ACE) you will embed at either Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany; Poznan Poland; or Mihael Kogalniceanu air Base near Constanta, Romania and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Other duties of the CI/CT Analyst (ACE) will include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise the conduct of daily research and analysis of information relevant to subversion, sabotage, espionage, paramilitary/insurgency, organized crime, and threats to force protection, personnel, and physical infrastructure security.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior analysts.

  • Produce and review reports, studies, and briefings to support the G2X, ensuring the update of the Counterintelligence (CI) database and the establishment and maintenance of a USAREUR-AF Area of Responsibility (AOR) Foreign Intelligence Security Services (FISS) Combined Intel Picture (CIP).

  • Perform complex technical and analytical reviews of USAREUR-AF-controlled CI Team products.

  • Update and obtain authorization for the FISS portion of the USAREUR-AF G2X Collection Focus Message before publication.

  • Review collection products to ensure FISS-related items are addressed in the USAREUR-AF G2X Collection Focus.

  • Conduct quality control of CI/HUMINT reports prior to release.

  • Monitor all countries as needed within the USAREUR-AF's Area of Responsibility/Area of Interest (AOR/AOI) and provide expertise in the subject matter.

  • Conduct research and analysis and produce complex near- and long-term assessments on political, military, economic, social, criminal, terrorism/counterterrorism, or multidiscipline counterintelligence issues in response to the CG USAREUR-AF's priority intelligence requirements.

  • Prepare and supervise accurate and timely written and oral assessments developed from publicly available information.

  • Develop specialized analytical products, including technical reports, briefings, and running estimates.

  • Oversee indications and warning analysis.

  • Share information with intelligence, counterintelligence, and law enforcement agencies, as directed by the Project Officer, Technical Lead, or Site Lead, including coalition, allied, host nation, and national agencies.

  • Evaluate reporting used for intelligence products promptly and effectively.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BS/BA and 10 Years experience supporting CI / CT Mission Area

  • Current TS-SCI Clearance

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills

  • Possess knowledge or have specialized military experience as a CI / CT Agent or Operator ( US Army MOS 35M, 351M, 35L, 351L, 97B or MAGTAF-CI, CISOC, SOC, or DATC)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Recent experience supporting Army Theater Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (ATCICA)

  • Experience working CT mission area within the EUCOM / AFRICOM Theater AOR

  • Experience working with the US Army Reserve Counter Terrorism Unit (ARCU or AR-CTU)

  • Experience working CT mission area within a US National Intelligence agency or DoD organization such as Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC)

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
