We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Litigation Paralegal to join our tight-knit legal team. This full-time, hybrid role in Costa Mesa, CA, is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting work environment, and is seeking a rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation procedures and protocols from commencement to resolution.

• Perform legal research, fact-checking, drafting, and collecting legal documents.

• Maintain files for client case details, ensuring all important information remains organized, accurate, and up-to-date.

• Coordinate, schedule, and assist in legal proceedings, motions, depositions, trials, and discovery requests.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and high ethical standards at all times.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.

• Drafting discovery and various pleadings.

• High proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
