Location: Irvine CA (In-person)
Skyworks Solutions Data Analytics and AI Enablement team is looking for a Sr. Project Manager and Agile Leader to facias an intersection of facilitating software delivery, leading cross functional collaboration and transform a vision to backlog for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Duties and responsibilities:
Work to clear organizational roadblocks and keep the agile process consistent.
Support Scrum teams by removing blockers and ensure meeting objectives.
Help build and manage the backlog, and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, resources, and milestone delivery.
Coach teams on how to improve their scrum practices.
Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the need.
Leverage virtual collaboration tools and delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Implement best practices for story writing and manage multiple agile teams.
Serve as both a Project Manager and a Scrum Master, balancing traditional project management responsibilities with agile methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and 12 or more years' related experience. A master’s degree and 8 or more years' related experience is a plus.
4+ years of experience with agile methodologies in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
Expert-level knowledge of facilitation.
Strong mediation and negotiation skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all business and technical levels.
Ability to balance the demands of multiple agile teams and products.
Skills:
Proficiency in multiple agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Comfort with multitasking between multiple projects.
Ability to work on challenging issues independently or in a team environment.
Effective working with international and multicultural teams and all levels of management.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $124,400 - $235,700 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
