What you get to do in this role:

The France Senior Director Solution Consulting must be able

  • Attract, motivate, develop, and retain a presales organization of the highest caliber that is capable of continuing and enhancing ServiceNow’s success in France. This role will have a prominent role in evangelising ServiceNow’s vision and message.

  • Drive results that deliver short-and-long term value for all ServiceNow's stakeholders–customers, partners, employees,

  • Establish clear priorities, aligns activities, simplifies the complex, makes decisions, and executes with speed and urgency

  • Participate in regular reviews with Sales Leadership resulting in a detailed understanding of the top deals in France

  • Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals including training plans, career development planning, conducting regular reviews, coaching/counselling Presales Solution Consultants for their professional growth.

  • Scale & develop the team , with a people first approach and ability to change manage & lead inclusively.

  • Develop clearly defined go-to-market initiatives with key ServiceNow sales, marketing and business unit leaders to achieve revenue goals. Define key milestones and progress tracking metrics & drive associated operating rigour

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Extensive pre-sales / Customer Success leadership experience: recruiting and developing high performance teams

  • Has a strong drive for results and ability to collaborate and influence in a “Win as a team” environment

  • Strong people management skills with a passion for coaching and developing others to their highest potential

  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment

  • A self-starter who will take the initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth

  • A high degree of passion and drive

  • Experience inspiring teams to share and follow defined best practices.  

  • Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP’s, and CxO’s).
