KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Grow and develop existing accounts with mechanical, electromechanical locking devices and key as well as cylinder systems,

  • Build and grow long term relationships and network with market influencers and users like architects, security consultants, market specialists, and work together with Company Group Teams and others; educate, train, or advice these stakeholders,

  • Work closely with customers in order to deliver projects and specifications on time and according to the budget, (Proffessional End User relationship is a plus)

  • Build sales concepts and implement them.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to specify mechanical and electromechanical products and solutions,

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of technical sales experience,

  • Have the ability to solve problem and to provide solutions on an individual basis,

  • Prepared to travel extensively within the region and occasionally outside of it,

  • Excellent English,

  • Driving license,

  • IT literate on Microsoft office and presentation skills,

  • Project planning and execution,

  • Strategic planning and identifying new opportunities.

  • Must have energy, enthusiasm and commitment

  • Ambitious with desire to succeed

  • Capability of taking responsibility, showing initiative and leading by example

  • An excellent team player but able to work successfully as an individual

  • Well-structured and self-disciplined

  • Smart in appearance, polite and professional

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
