Job Description:
To implement the related procedures and initiatives within the framework of the Labor Law and other legislation.
Carrying out all payroll processes in accordance with the Labor Law and SSI Legislation, making and controlling the necessary reports, being a guide in personnel and payroll processes and accrual management.
Prepare monthly HR reports ( Payroll related ) for Finance/Accounting Departments
Monthly calculation and reporting of annual leave, severance and notice pay.
Annual Staff Cost budget preparation and staff analysis / reporting.
Following all legal regulations and conducting business processes in accordance with the legislation,
Support salary benchmarking process , compensation analysis, job evaluation processes, benefits & recognition programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field,
3+ years of experience in HR functions such as experience in payroll management.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll systems and database software , preferably have experience with Workday HRIS system.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payroll calculation data.
Good organizational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Good command of written and verbal English.
