1.RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities in the role are:

Strategic marketing

  • Adapt and execute tailored plans for product strategy, budget, pricing, and behavior based marketing plans

  • Develop country tactics based on the EMEA Franchise strategies.

  • Conduct local market analysis, competitive intelligence, and conversion projects

  • Assess/ Filter/ share local business development opportunities

  • Co-development/ adaptation of Cost-medico model/ Evidence generation.

  • Deployment of Country health economic outcome story

  • Driving Challenger Marketing methodology for the country

NPI/ Lifecycle management

  • Execute collection of local VoC/market insights

  • Execute KOL engagement when needed

  • Provide input on NPIs and lifecycle management specific to country

  • Execute NPIs & discontinuation plans

  • Define reimbursement strategies/ needs within each country

  • Identify country market access needs

Commercial Support and Execution

  • Market expertise of the country

  • Support sales team and commercial partners through field visits to key customers

  • Account targeting based on the country tactics

  • Provide input on regional financial plans

  • Manage local OpEx budgets

  • Key inputs on revenue targets/ country with KPIs

  • Provide product and technical support to the field

  • Contribute to bids & tender management

Med Eduction and Sales Education

  • Provide input on training topics and frequency

  • Oversee material translations and deployment

  • Define country OpEx budget & local programs for MedEd

  • Engage country KOLs & networks

  • Ownership of MedEd (national & resident programs) & compliance process

  • Sales education in-country trainings according to SalesEd plans

2.AUTHORITIES

Authorities are related to local budget management and leadership on local events

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

LANGUAGE

  • Relevant educational background (MBA in Marketing, Management, Economics, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Financial acumen and Excel proficiency

  • Business acumen and advanced analytical skills

  • Marketing qualifications (preferred)

  • The ability and commitment to travel with some nights away from home

  • The desire to succeed and progress within the organization

TYPE AND NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 4 years successful sales experience in medical devices

  • Minimum of two years successful sales management experience (preferred)

  • Minimum of two years marketing experience with demonstrable product management success (essential)

4.BUSINESS TRAVEL

Availability to travel locally and internationally for Business reasons may be required up to 50% of the time.
