We are assisting our Jackson area client with a security dispatch role.

As a Security Monitor / Dispatch Operator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's facilities. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents and providing effective communication between our security team and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Dispatch: Efficiently dispatch security personnel to respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Two-Way Radio: Operate two-way radio systems to coordinate security efforts and communicate with on-site security personnel.
• Phone: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls related to security concerns and requests for assistance.
• Check-In Calls: Conduct regular check-in calls with on-site security personnel to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Shifts: Work during the second shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) or the evening shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) as needed.
• Location: Be stationed on-site in Jackson to provide immediate support and monitoring.
