Job Description

* Azure Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory.

* Resource Provisioning and Optimization: Deploy and manage resources efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

* Security Management: Implement security best practices and configure security policies to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.

* Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor Azure infrastructure and services for performance, availability, and security issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

* Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

Skills and Requirements

* 4-5 years' experience working within Azure Cloud - Proven experience in Azure cloud administration and management.

o Azure networking -- Linux/Windows environment

o Gateways, Azure WAFs, Azure Firewalls

* Strong understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure principles.

o Linux and Windows environment

* Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar tools.

o Will being using this on a regular basis -- so any exposure to this will be great.

* Certification in Azure such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

o Recent approach -- modernizing with CICD pipelines -- Data Lakes - .Net frameworks

* Linux Red hat experience HUGE PLUS null
