Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Jacksonville, Florida location.

Duties: Design and maintain the DevOps Portal in Spring Boot Framework with MongoDB and Angular tech stacks. Automate the end-to-end migration of all microservices from Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to OpenShift environments. Evaluate and provide automation solutions to solve a variety of complex and interdependent processes and application integrations both in distributed and mainframe applications. Manage infrastructure components and with scripting (bash, Ansible) for automation and orchestration of batch tasks in on premise as well as cloud machines, using Terraform modules and templates. Analyze and build supervised machine learning models to predict failure rates of microservice applications as well as use time series forecasting in DevOps Portal. Define, design, develop and test DevOps platform automation frameworks that provide Self Service Capability for Developers and Operations Team to improve their development and release processes. Serve as a subject matter expert with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline, containerization, orchestration, monitoring and metric technologies to implement Anytime Deployments, as well as Canary Releases. Develop and implement REST APIs using Java and Python. Support development of scripts (Python and JavaScript) to collect application and system logs in Splunk. Support and manage enterprise-level API landscape (internal and external) for API management platform and integration architecture in Apigee. Implement Drupal based heavily customized API Developer Portal of Apigee. Migrate entities from IBM API Connect to Apigee using custom code. Mentor onsite and offsite team members to develop and test various distributed and mainframe automation tools end to end. Provide hands-on leadership to the team, leveraging agile methodologies and DevOps principles. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 7 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a DevOps Engineer, Automation Engineer, Engineering Lead Analyst, Infrastructure Technical Lead Analyst, or related position involving middleware integration, transformation of legacy applications to API/microservice architecture, and RESTful application design, development and automation with AI/ML machine models. 7 years of experience must include: Java, Python, JavaScript; PostgreSQL, MongoDB; Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, PCF; Technical Analysis and Design for application; Back-end development (web services, microservices), REST APIs, Postman; Middleware Integration and Mainframe Transformation; CI/CD, JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, RLM, Terraform; API Management, IBM APIC, Google Apigee; Splunk, App Dynamics, Grafana dashboards; Bash scripting; and Exploratory Data Analysis, Machine Learning Algorithms and Models.
