Job Description

Plumbers needed for the 4 Seasons Offices project across the street from the Jaguars football stadium. This is a temp-to-perm position with no re-piping involved. The job offers a pay range of $25.00 - $30/hr. The work schedule is 1st Shift, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available on Saturdays. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction experience, particularly in new construction plumbing from rough-in to trim/fixture installations.

• PVC/CPVC (All Plastic pipes)

• Commercial Plumbing in New Construction

• Cutting and Threading Pipe

• Reading Blueprints/Specifications

• Proficiency in Rough-ins and Finish/Trim-out

• Experience with Domestic Water & Sanitary

• Installing Fixtures, Hangers, and Pipe

• Installing and Repairing Pipes, Fittings, or Fixtures

• Measuring, Cutting, Threading, or Bending Pipe

• Studying Building Plans and Inspecting Structures

• Locating and Marking Pipe Installations

• Filling Pipes or Plumbing Fixtures with Water or Air

• Assembling Pipe Sections, Tubing, or Fittings

• Installing Pipe Assemblies, Fittings, Valves, and Appliances

• Directing Helpers in Pipe Cutting, Preassembly, or Installation

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).
