Job Title: Welder

Overview:

• Location: Jacksonville, FL

• Shift Openings: Day and Night Shifts

• Pay Rate: $19-$22 per hour (with a $2 differential for night shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team in Jacksonville for both day and night shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Interpreting blueprints and drawings to determine the specifications and requirements of the task at hand

• Cutting, shaping, and smoothing metal and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and machines

• Welding components using various welding equipment based on the process requirements

• Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws

• Maintaining equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

Responsibilities:

• Follow blueprints and layout specifications

• Perform mostly MIG welding, with some STICK and TIG welding as needed

• Work with Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Mild Steel

• Use Plasma cutters, torches, and other equipment

Qualifications:

• MIG Welding

• Blueprint reading and interpretation

• Fabrication

• Flux core welding

• Stainless steel fitting

• Structural assembly

• Use of tape measures

• TIG welding

• Grinding and finishing

• Stick welding
