Job Description

Insight Global' s client for a large insurance company is looking for a systems administrator to join their internal IT team. This individual will act as tier 2 support for hardware & software dealing with an average of 30 tickets per day (this fluctuates). This individual must be comfortable going onsite 5 days a week and carrying themselves in a professional manner. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, & upgrading hardware and software for users. Ability to multitask and work within a team environment is essential. Looking for an individual who can work autonomously and willing to learn and grow.

Skills and Requirements

* Desktop support experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, & TCP/IP

* Strong Microsoft experience

o Office 365

* LAN/WAN Networking basic understanding

* Experience supporting Microsoft 10 hardware

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication and professionalism null
