As Product Operations Manager, you will be a results-driven contributor with a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making. You will communicate with the key stakeholders within the organization. As a key member of the Product team, you will help shape the performance of all of ANGI's Product operations and development.

This position is primarily responsible for managing three specific functions to achieve program objectives (i.e., product development targets of schedule, customer retention, new revenue, performance, reliability, etc.):

  1. Business Data & Insights : Collection and analysis of internal data for strategy creation and monitoring

  2. Customer and Market Insights : Facilitation and aggregation of external research

  3. Process and Practices : Scaling Product and Program Management with consistent cross-functional practices and frameworks

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Facilitate and drive essential conversations and decisions with ANGI’s business stakeholders for product development

  • Facilitate the Agile Program Management for ANGI from determining business case viability to commercial launch through consistent management cadences.

  • Define, document, and maintain the release processes

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer insights to help product management make better-informed decisions

  • Acting as a data steward for product management data, owning cleanliness, integrity, and data gap resolution

  • Review end-to-end customer product/service experiences

  • Lead the trial and experiments of new products/services in the field to ensure proper data feedback and customer experience

  • Support onboarding new product team members by streamlining the processes used by the team and have a clear understanding of how the teams function

  • Scale product knowledge across the organization

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university, two or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret specifications, common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents

  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.

  • Effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

  • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret various technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

  • Knowledge of Accounting software; Database software; Design software; Internet software; Manufacturing software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software; Word Processing software and Microsoft AX and PowerPoint.

  • Able to interact with others.
