As a People & Culture Generalist you will provide advice and counsel in all areas of the employee experience including on-going employee relations, employee development, interpretation of P&C policies, and creating and implementing new programs and initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and resolve both routine and complex employee relations issues.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

  • Work closely with Payroll teams to ensure a high-level of quality and delivery.

  • Manage both direct and indirect Talent Acquisition as required.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years previous Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws

  • Prior experience handling employee data, with exposure to payroll advantageous

  • Able to work globally with a diverse array of people and build strong working relationships.

  • Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Passionate customer service orientation with extensive experience in managing multiple stakeholders

  • Good project management and multi-tasking skills.
