Your Role – Challenging and Future-Oriented!

The purpose of the P&O Advisor role is to identify, gather, and provide requirements to help with the development of P&O initiatives and to participate in the implementation of local P&O projects and initiatives.

The position holder will play a key role to advice / coach managers and employees on complex P&O services, programs and policies while supporting all data management and documentation requirements at the local level. Main interface to our shared service provider GBS H2R to ensure end-to-end service delivery and clarification of escalations and quality level.

  • Provide basic P&O services and operational support to the organization like explaining guidelines and policies

  • Manage queries that require a level of professional P&O judgement beyond the scope of normal P&O operational questions

  • Support employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues concerning working conditions as well as people related issues such as manager/employee and colleague relationship, including handling the interface to GBS H2R if required

  • Assisting Line Managers to address specific people topics by advising on options (in context of Siemens policy and local labor law), assessing risk and acting as consultant to help managers decide on best course of action

  • Manage data and documentation handling at a local level

  • Educating managers and employees on best use of on-demand solutions for relevant P&O related topics

  • Support of P&O local and regional team in diverse projects and initiatives, people interactions and communication

  • Support of P&O Head & P&O Business Partner with administrative tasks and team activities

Your Qualifications and Skills – Passionate and Growth Mindset!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources relevant field or equivalent like Professional Human Resources certification

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or in a business function from similar organization set-up

  • Experience with relevant HR systems (e.g. Workday…etc )

  • Understanding of local labor law is important

  • Customer Focus with problem solving skills (pragmatic and compliant, analytical)

  • Solid understanding HR processes and tools

  • Excellent communication skills (verbally/written)

  • Growth mindset, ownership, resilient and team player

  • Enjoy working in an agile and highly dynamic team and business environment

The role could be located in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Khobar, offering the flexibility for candidates to work from their current location within these cities.
