**Job Summary:

Our inside sales team drives Orion Wholesale to find new customers, retain current customers, and plays a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our products. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our wholesale division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the firearms industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport and further our business initiative. **Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new wholesale clients within the firearms industry.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up to date on the latest firearms products, industry regulations, and market trends
• Inside sales - Minimum of sixty outbound calls a day to dealers
• Office environment
• Oversee and coordinate order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Attend weekly sales meetings

*Qualifications: *

• Proven track record as a Sales Executive in the firearms or related industry, preferred but not required
• Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
