Vice President (Change & Solutions) for BNP Paribas RCC Inc. in Jersey City, NJ, to function within the Bank's Consulting Americas team dedicated to designing and implementing high-level strategic projects and shaping the development and future of the Bank's operations within the Americas region, especially contributing to the expansion of the US, Canada, and Latin America platforms. Work directly with BNP Paribas’ executive management and senior leadership to design and implement high-priority strategic initiatives and drive the development of the Bank in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Will deliver change-the-bank initiatives including strategic planning, business development, and operating model transformation within the realms of Business Strategy, Process Efficiency, Location Strategy, and Organizational Change Management. Will prepare for, participate in, and conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across business lines (front office), support functions (middle and back office), and regions to develop project content, review findings, and validate deliverables. Will collect data points for reporting and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses (including data mining and modeling) in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx. Will develop business cases for new initiatives, assess the current state of the organization, conduct gap analyses, and conduct benchmarking analyses with peer institutions to develop competitive strategies. Will provide core Project Management Office (PMO) support by monitoring the progress and impact of group-wide and transversal initiatives, ensuring adequate deployment of resources, tracking milestones and targets, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs). Requires: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Economic, Finance, Software Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience in . Specific skills/other requirements - Demonstrated Expertise (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated expertise (DE) designing and analyzing large databases using advanced Excel formulas (including INDEX MATCH, IF AND OR, OFFSET, CHOOSE, CELL LEFT MID RIGHT) and to design end-to-end PowerPoint presentations that draw upon data and qualitative analyses and provide effective actionable insights, including use of key templates, layouts, and chart building; (DE) designing and implementing high-level strategic projects and developing future operations and advising clients and colleagues in navigating across different economies and financial landscapes; (DE) preparing and conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) stakeholders across business lines (front office), support functions (middle and back office) and regions to develop project content, review findings, and validate deliverables; (DE) Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses including data collection and modeling for senior leaders to identify market opportunities; and (DE) creating detailed project plan, setting milestones, and ensuring timely execution while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
