掌握所负责销售区域内市场信息。

发现客户并发展及保持与业主、建筑设计师、总承包、招标公司、顾问工程师以及其他工程承包商的良好合作关系。

熟悉公司产品优势，介绍、宣传奥的斯公司以及产品的特性。

负责制作报价书、投标文件以及提交投标评审。

准备销售合同并能独立进行商务谈判。

能够看懂与电梯有关的土建图纸，了解电梯安装及制造所需要的尺寸。

做好与本公司服务部、销售工程、合同管理、财务部、安装部等有关部门的协调配合工作。

配合收款、订货、发货及安装等环节。

在上级主管领导下完成质量安全工作。

贯彻、执行、作保持、改进与其工作相关的ISO9000/14000政策、程序。

完成新梯销售经理交办的其它工作。

严格遵守和执行奥的斯公司的环境健康安全政策和法规、公司的安全规程，以及当地的安全政策和法规，积极支持和参与公司的EH&S活动。
