Team Leader Access Care ED, UHS Wilson Medical Center United Health Services is seeking a Team Leader Access Care ED to join our WMC Access Care department at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$18.56 - $26.92 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Ensure Access Care Representatives complete assigned tasks, ensure staff follow assigned schedule, maintain balance with patient throughput and increase staff knowledge by coaching and developing staff in all aspects of Access Care.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- High School or equivalent
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or 5 years equivalent experience in lieu of degree
License/Certification
Preferred:
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
