SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer phones promptly and professionally, direct calls to appropriate parties.

Monitor company voicemail and properly relay messages.

Welcome and assist visitors.

Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintains office supply and breakroom inventory and replenishment.

Coordinate building maintenance and inspections.

Email company correspondence and memos.

Maintain shared calendars.

Process Accounts Payable.

Record Accounts Receivable payments.

File, Scan, and Copy documents as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Coordinate office events. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

High school diploma or equivalent required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

At least one year of administrative and clerical experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred, but not required.
