Joining our esteemed and successful community service lines, you'll play a vital role in fulfilling WesleyLife's mission and ministry. You'll be entrusted with maintaining our outstanding reputation for service excellence, hospitality, and quality, while leading a dedicated team who share a profound commitment to our organization's mission. As a forward-thinking leader, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing strategic plans for the program, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch wellness coaching services. We'll rely on you, as Executive Director, to cultivate new and strengthen existing community partnerships to expand our Continuing Care at Home network.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Director role will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A genuine passion for our mission and services, coupled with the ability to envision and strategize future approaches to serving and supporting older adults.

  • A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is required.

  • A proven track record of success in advancing within the senior care industry, with at least five years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in home care, wellness, or life care plans.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of achieving results, with a focus on creating exceptional experiences for both customers and team members, aligned with hospitality, person-directed, and wellness principles.

  • Agility in a fast-paced environment, coupled with the ability to inspire the team towards change and continuous improvement.

In essence, our next Executive Director must embody our mission and values while demonstrating a results-oriented approach and entrepreneur spirit. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to rally the team around shared goals and expectations, are crucial for success in this role. Qualifications

Experience

Required

  • 5 years: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in the senior care industry, ideally with a focus on home care, wellness, or life care programs

Preferred

  • 5 years: Demonstrated passion for and commitment to the active aging population, coupled with a deep appreciation for the unique needs and experiences of older adults.

  • 5 years: A strategic mindset with a keen understanding of the senior care landscape, market dynamics, and emerging trends

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey vision, engage diverse audiences, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of effective leadership and management, showcasing the ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to senior care services.
