Secret Regular We are pipelining candidates for a future role. Contingent upon Contract Award Valiant is seeking a Team Leader Information Systems Technology for W-TRS. Potential locations could include: California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Korea, and potential additional CONUS locations. Essential job duties include but are not limited to: Understand networking protocols and troubleshot to resolve networking problems and resolve computer software/hardware problems IEWTPT. Responsibilities: Installs pending security update(s) and / or software patch(s) as required. Manages and maintains system logs. Creates and updates system profiles. Maintains and configures network switches and routers contained within the boundary of the Maintainer ATO requirements. Provides answers, as needed, to technical questions relating to System and Networking capabilities for the development of training support packages (TSP) based on the priorities and objectives of the site. Performs system access control and configures web services access. Analyzes system failures and other unusual system occurrences to isolate the source of the problem and determine whether the failure is caused by software, hardware, or other factors Applies basic and some advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Assist in planning and scheduling work requirements Attends management meetings, customer meetings and other required contractual meetings. May conduct PMCS and maintenance of equipment May be required to support other devices and will be cross trained, as needed. Document all maintenance actions by inputting data in ISTS. Performs inspections and accountability of property. Prepare reports as required; Perform all other duties as assigned. Mental/Physical requirements for this role include: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as appropriate. Ability to perform duties in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind and rain) and at height. Willing to work a flexible workweek. Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license and maintain post driving privileges. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation. This position may require travel to other installations and other WTRS locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business related field experience or on the job equivalent experience. 5 years minimum of technical support experience Possess an Active Secret US Government Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
